Customer enquiries & feedback
Please ensure you respond to all customer enquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Orders should be dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment, unless other arrangements have been made directly with the customer.
Warranties, Refunds & Returns
It is the responsibility of the seller to resolve warranty issues, refunds and returns directly with the customer in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
